This templates is created in Dark Blue color, and it is easily editable in Template Designer. It is modified form of "Simple" template.
After installing this to your Blogspot blog. Go to TEMPLATE DESIGNER and over there you can easily modify background, layouts (to make 2 column or 3 column template) and advance etc.
